When will my internet order roast and ship?
We roast Monday–Thursday and ship Monday–Friday. This schedule occasionally changes around major US holidays. We aim to send you the freshest coffee available, so depending on your selected shipping method, you can expect your coffee to be anywhere from 1–6 business days.

What are the flat rate shipping requirements?
We offer flat rate shipping within the Continental United States via USPS Priority Mail.

How does flat rate shipping work if I already have a subscription account?
Your account will automatically update the shipping rates if you are already a subscription customer. Please contact us if you have any problems or concerns with your account.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Please email us at info@ismaecoffee.com with your shipping address and the order you would like to place for a shipping estimate. All international orders are shipped via US Mail either Express International (3-5 days) or Priority International (6-10 days).

What is your return policy?
We roast all coffee to order. As such, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases. Unused or defective merchandise in original packaging with purchase receipt may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Used non-defective merchandise is not returnable.
